These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and rpk888 ("rpk888", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://rpk888.cam and all associated services, products and features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the website or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close any account you hold with rpk888.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on rpk888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable local law in your country of residence. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or participating.
4. Not a problem gambler: You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme, gambling therapy register or similar restriction scheme at the time of registration.
5. Not employed by the Platform: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent or family member of an employee of rpk888 or any of its technology, software or service providers.
6. Accuracy of information: All information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, current and complete. rpk888 reserves the right to verify all information provided.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rpk888 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether individually or in conjunction with other persons — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and the forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid, active email address that you have authority to access;
• Date of birth;
• Country of residence;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity.

rpk888 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point where regulatory compliance or risk management warrants it — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the preceding 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rpk888 may result in withdrawal delays, Account restrictions or Account closure.

By using the rpk888 Platform, you agree at all times to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations;
• Not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any other programmatic means to access, extract data from or interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, database or network infrastructure;
• Not engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or any other activity detrimental to the integrity of the betting markets;
• Not create or use an Account on behalf of another person or use another person's payment details without their express authorisation;
• Not post, transmit or distribute any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights through any feature of the Service;
• Promptly notify rpk888 support at [email protected] of any suspected security breach, unauthorised Account access or platform vulnerability.

rpk888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend or terminate access to any User who breaches these terms of use.

All financial transactions conducted through the rpk888 Platform are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. rpk888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method and reserves the right to add or remove payment options without advance notice.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification prior to processing. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable. rpk888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

6.3 Processing Times. Indicative withdrawal processing times vary by payment method category. Actual processing windows depend on the operator's compliance review procedures, the payment provider's own timelines and applicable regulatory requirements. rpk888 does not guarantee specific processing speeds for any payment method.

6.4 Pakistani Payment Rails — Context Only. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani payment providers on this Platform are provided for user familiarity as contextual references only. None of these providers endorse, facilitate or authorise gambling transactions, and their mention does not constitute a guarantee of deposit or withdrawal availability through those channels.

6.5 Currency. Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are referenced as illustrative examples, actual transaction amounts and currency availability are subject to the Platform's live cashier settings.

rpk888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and other promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30×) and any minimum odds conditions are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions;
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the relevant wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal;
• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method, unless otherwise specified;
• rpk888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing qualifying bets placed in good faith prior to any such amendment shall be honoured;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure;
• PKR-denominated bonus amounts referenced on this Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts, caps and eligibility are determined exclusively by the Platform's live promotional terms at the time of registration or opt-in.

8.1 Bet Placement. All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current betting rules, which are displayed in the relevant sports or casino section. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selections, stake amount and odds — before confirming a wager. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for by the Platform's bet management tools.

8.2 Odds. All odds are expressed in decimal format. The Platform reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly erroneous price, rpk888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account.

8.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant market rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the applicable market rules.

8.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC World Cup, bilateral Test and T20 International markets are governed by the cricket-specific market rules displayed in the sports section. Users are encouraged to review applicable market rules before placing bets on cricket events, including match-winner, over/under, top-batsman and live-betting markets.

8.5 Live Betting. Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to faster odds movements and higher stake restrictions than pre-match markets. rpk888 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event for risk management purposes. Bets accepted in-play before a market suspension are honoured; bets placed after the relevant outcome is known will be voided.

8.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings are as specified in the Platform's published betting limits. rpk888 reserves the right to limit the stake, payout or odds available to any User at any time for risk management purposes.

rpk888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps, adjustable via account settings;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration alerts and automatic session termination;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active play sessions indicating time elapsed and net session result;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, accessible via account settings or by contacting support at [email protected];
• Account Cooling-Off: Short-term Account restriction periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days for Users who require a temporary break.

rpk888 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account, without the User's prior consent, where the Platform reasonably believes that a User is exhibiting indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

All intellectual property rights in the rpk888 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, software and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by or licensed to rpk888 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use any rpk888 trademark, logo or brand asset without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of rpk888's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpk888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any service interruption, system downtime, data loss or technical failure beyond rpk888's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or your jurisdiction's applicable laws.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rpk888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rpk888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

rpk888 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, close or terminate any User Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain KYC or AML requirements;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity theft, collusion or match-fixing;
• Operation of multiple Accounts;
• Attempted exploitation of system errors, bonus abuse or circumvention of Platform controls;
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Discovery that the User is a minor or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Activity inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations, including suspected problem gambling.

Where an Account is closed for reason of fraud, AML concern or regulatory investigation, rpk888 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of such investigation. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by the User, available balances (net of any unqualified bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpk888 holds its operating licence, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information.

In the event of a dispute between a User and rpk888, Users are encouraged to contact the Platform's customer support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the Platform's internal complaints procedure, Users may escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution service as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

rpk888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, rpk888 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users in advance — by email, by on-site notification or by prominently updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.
